Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, or Replacement on prepaid orders:

Order cancellation/refund is allowed before dispatch only if the order is not dispatched within 5 working days.

All exchange and replacement requests are subject to our approval of your request and stock availability.

We accept return, refund, or replacement requests only if the original invoice and packaging are retained. Products must be unused and in their original condition. A return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once approved, replacements will be delivered within 3–5 days.

While our products are based on standardised sizes, these are not one-size-fits-all. We request you to double-check sizing by measuring your little one for a perfect fit before you place an order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days from where the transaction was initiated. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
