Delivery Timeline

Due to a high volume of orders, dispatch may take up to 24 hours after the order is confirmed. Expected delivery is within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Returns, Refunds, or Replacements on Prepaid Orders

Order cancellation or refund is allowed before dispatch only if the order is not dispatched within 5 working days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All exchange or replacement requests are subject to approval and stock availability.

We accept return, refund, or replacement requests only if the original invoice and packaging are retained and the product is unused.

A delivery fee applies to prepaid orders within India valued below INR 1,500. No delivery fee is charged on orders above INR 1,500.
