Delivery Timeline

Due to a high volume of orders, dispatch may take up to 24 hours after the order is confirmed. Expected delivery is within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Returns, Refunds, or Replacements on Prepaid Orders

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product quality, Cocobeez Baby & Kids Store does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at cocobeezkidsstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is found to be valid.

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, size chart, and order details before placing an order, as all sales are considered final.

Order cancellation or refund is allowed before dispatch only if the order is not dispatched within 5 working days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A delivery fee applies to prepaid orders within India valued below INR 1999. No delivery fee is charged on orders above INR 1999.
